Internal checklist
SiteSEO
What smilewithaurevo.com is missing, and the changes that turn the site from a brochure into a sales channel. Each point has a comment on the current site and a link to the page it touches.
Website gaps
Pricing
No prices on treatment pages. Only the full-mouth blog and a few “from ₹” lines on dental tourism mention cost.
Treatment pages
Fifteen treatment cards exist. The six money procedures still need a cost band, process, recovery, and a WhatsApp button after each section.
Booking
The form is Name, Email, Phone, Subject, and Message. Submit only logs to the console. A form that emails someone is a delay most enquiries will not wait through.
Blog
Six articles, all dated 16–17 June 2026, then nothing. A dormant blog stops ranking.
FAQ
Accordions exist on treatment pages. There is no FAQ schema, so Google and AI assistants cannot quote them as snippets.
Reviews
The homepage shows a small hardcoded set. The 137 Google reviews are not on the site, and there is no star markup for search results.
EMI and finance
EMI is not mentioned anywhere. The ₹2–3 lakh cases need a finance page and an EMI line on every high-value treatment. That page is not built yet; full-mouth rehabilitation is the treatment it should attach to.
Local pages
One address, no area pages. “Dentist near me” is won by locality relevance for Satellite, Bodakdev, Vastrapur, Prahladnagar, SG Highway, and Bopal.
Dental tourism
The page covers a video consult and sending scans ahead. It still needs one-visit packages, USD and GBP ranges, and airport-to-clinic logistics.
Gallery
Treatment images are public. Identifiable before-and-after photos need written consent, or faces cropped, before marketing volume increases.
Positioning
The homepage still says “Excellence in Dental Care and Service”, and the about section still says “5000+ Satisfied Patients”. The specialist claim is not in the headline.
Contact
One number and a WhatsApp button. On a phone the visitor still has to find them. A sticky Call and WhatsApp bar is not on every page.
Ten changes, in order
01 · One action above the fold
“View Services” and “Book Appointment” have equal weight. Make WhatsApp the only primary button, with Call as the secondary.
02 · Rewrite the homepage headline
Replace the generic tagline with a specialist claim: craniofacial and oral surgery, microscopic dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation in Ahmedabad.
03 · Six deep treatment pages
Each page needs what it is, who needs it, the process, recovery, an indicative cost range, 8–10 FAQs, and a WhatsApp button after every section. Aim for 1,200+ words each.
04 · Publish indicative price ranges
A range, not a fixed fee. Example: dental implants ₹28,000–₹52,000 depending on system and bone condition. This captures high-intent searches and filters price shoppers.
05 · Replace the contact form with real booking
Show available slots and confirm instantly only if the diary can sync. Until then, “Book Appointment” should open WhatsApp with the treatment already filled in.
06 · Add an EMI and finance page
No-cost EMI, tenure options, a monthly calculator, and the documents needed. Link it from every treatment over ₹50,000. The page does not exist yet.
07 · Restart the blog and keep going
Two articles a month, answering what patients type. The assistant can draft them; a doctor approves the clinical content.
08 · Put the 137 reviews on the site
A live Google review feed on the homepage and on every treatment page, with the star rating in the page markup so it can show in search results.
09 · Build the NRI dental tourism funnel
Free video consultation, treatment planned before the flight, complete-in-one-visit packages, USD and GBP pricing, and airport-to-clinic logistics.
10 · Audit the gallery for consent
Crop identifiable faces, keep the clinical detail, and keep written consents on file before more photos are published.
Social profiles
Instagram · @smilewithaurevo
Strongest asset: about 1,502 followers, a clear bio, and educational posts. Missing volume, consistency, a booking link in the bio, and a way to turn viewers into enquiries.
Facebook · theparikhsclinic
The handle does not match Aurévo. Rename it or retire it. The site footer still links this page.
X · @drmaniniparikh
A personal handle carrying clinic links. X does not send dental patients in India. The site footer still links it.
LinkedIn · joint doctor profile
Under-used. This is a referral channel for dentists and physicians, not a patient social network.
YouTube · @smilewithaurevo
The channel exists. Two procedure explainers a month, with Shorts cut from the same footage for Instagram.
Google Business Profile
137 reviews, and the fastest local wins: a weekly post, 20+ photos, services with price ranges, 15 Q&As, a reply on every review, and Book wired to WhatsApp.
Practo · JustDial · Lybrate
Not claimed. Many patients search inside these platforms and never reach Google. Use the same name, address, and phone everywhere.
WhatsApp Business
The site only has a link button. Missing a catalogue, greeting, away message, quick replies, and labels for enquiry stage.
What turns visitors into patients
One action per page
Every page should ask for one thing: message us on WhatsApp. Two competing buttons split the response.
A sticky contact bar on mobile
Call and WhatsApp stay visible at the bottom of the screen. Most traffic is on a phone. The current buttons sit in a side rail.
Price ranges, published
A published range filters a serious patient from a shopper and captures more search traffic.
EMI stated next to every large fee
“₹2,30,000, or ₹9,500 a month” changes the decision. Put that line on every treatment over ₹50,000.
Proof at the point of doubt
Reviews and case notes belong on the treatment page, not only in a testimonials block on the homepage.
Answer the fear, not the feature
“Will it hurt”, “how long will I be off work”, and “what if the implant fails” are the questions to answer in writing on the page.
Never let an enquiry wait
Every channel should land in the same WhatsApp, where a reply goes out in under a minute.
